Obama argues against appearing at eligibility hearing....

"Barack Obama has outlined a defense strategy for a multitude of state-level challenges to his candidacy on the 2012 presidential ballot. A Georgia case is scheduled to come before a judge Jan 26". Obama's defense claims states have nothing to do with the eligibility of presidential candidates. Do you believe this is true? If yes Why?, If no, Why not?
